Welcome to FitForSuccess.com. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FitForSuccess.com, the FFS Score, The Weekly 5 newsletter, the Fit For Success membership dashboard, and any related products, content, features, or services offered by Fit For Success.
By accessing or using FitForSuccess.com, creating an account, taking the FFS Score, joining the newsletter, or starting a paid membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site or services.
1. About Fit For Success
Fit For Success provides self-improvement content, tools, scores, protocols, newsletters, and membership features related to fitness, health, mindset, money, and relationships. Our products are designed for education, reflection, habit-building, and personal development.
2. Not professional advice
Fit For Success does not provide medical, mental health, fitness, financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. All content, scores, protocols, daily moves, emails, articles, downloads, and membership features are for informational and educational purposes only.

3. The FFS Score
The FFS Score is a self-assessment tool. Your Score, weakest area, profile, protocol, or recommendations are not a diagnosis, medical evaluation, financial assessment, psychological assessment, or professional opinion.
The Score is intended to help you reflect on your current habits and identify an area of focus. Your results may change over time based on your answers, behavior, and re-scores.
4. Membership dashboard and protocols
Paid Fit For Success members may receive access to a member dashboard, assigned protocols, Today’s Move, Repair Today, progress tracking, re-score reminders, member content, and other features available at the time. Membership features may change, improve, expand, or be removed over time.
We do not guarantee any specific result from using the dashboard, protocols, daily moves, emails, or membership features. Your progress depends on many factors, including your own actions, consistency, life circumstances, and personal situation.
5. Accounts
Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when needed.
You may not share, sell, transfer, or give access to your paid membership account to another person. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused, shared improperly, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.
6. Membership billing and cancellation
Paid membership is subject to our Membership Billing & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By starting a paid membership, you agree to the price, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and refund terms shown at checkout and in the Membership Billing & Cancellation Policy.
Unless canceled, your membership renews automatically each month. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal date. When you cancel, access continues through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated in the Membership Billing & Cancellation Policy.
7. Email communications
By subscribing to The Weekly 5, taking the FFS Score, creating an account, or becoming a member, you may receive emails from Fit For Success. These may include:
- Score-related emails
- The Weekly 5 newsletter
- Welcome emails
- Dashboard and protocol reminders
- Drift-catcher emails
- Weekly recaps
- Monthly re-score reminders
- Billing and account emails
- Product updates or promotional emails
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails. Some transactional or account-related emails may still be sent when necessary, including billing notices, account access emails, password resets, cancellation confirmations, or important membership updates.
8. Affiliate links and advertising
FitForSuccess.com, our emails, or our social media content may include affiliate links, sponsored links, referral links, or advertising. If you click a link and make a purchase or sign up for a service, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. 18. Termination

You may stop using Fit For Success at any time. Canceling a paid membership is governed by the Membership Billing & Cancellation Policy.
