Membership Billing & Cancellation Policy

The free Score is free

Taking your FFS Score and getting your results is free. There is no charge to take the Score, see your results, or join The Weekly 5 newsletter. You are only charged if you choose to start a paid Fit For Success membership.

Monthly membership

Fit For Success membership is a monthly subscription. The current membership price is $19.99 per month.

Your membership begins when your payment is successfully processed. Your payment method will then be charged automatically each month on the same calendar date until you cancel.

An active membership gives you access to the Fit For Success member dashboard, including your assigned protocol, Today’s Move, Repair Today, progress tracking, member content, and other membership features available at the time.

Automatic renewal

By starting a paid membership, you understand that your membership renews automatically each month until canceled. To avoid your next monthly charge, you must cancel before your next renewal date.

Canceling your membership

You can cancel your membership anytime. To cancel, manage your subscription through your account billing portal or contact us at support@fitforsuccess.com for help.

When you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your membership will not renew and you will not be charged again. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment.

Refund policy

Monthly membership payments are generally non-refundable because access to the member dashboard and digital membership features begins immediately after payment.

We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused days, or periods when you did not log in or use the membership.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, our payment processor may automatically retry the payment. During this retry period, your membership access may continue for a short grace period.

If payment cannot be collected, your membership access may pause until your payment method is updated. Your account and progress are not deleted because of a failed payment.

Pricing changes

Fit For Success may change membership pricing in the future. If your current membership price changes, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect. You will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.
